TUI Problems

For those of you who are looking to book a break away, or have already, and you’re finding that there’s current problems with the TUI website then you’re in the right place, as by leaving your server status it’ll notify our writers and members of the Down Today community. Many customers of theirs have had issues in the past with their login not working, the website freezing, trouble making payments or a blank white page appearing, which clearly indicates that there’s something wrong.

    Yes it is, I’ve been trying on both 02034512688 and 02036361931 and nothing, I’ve spent hours waiting in the line and still no answer, does anyone else know what’s the best number to contact? My option expires on the 22nd July and I am desperate to get in touch with them, such a crap company to deal with 🙁

    Tried amending my booking for 2 days now and just get error message saying experiencing technical difficulties….so annoying

    Keeps freezing when trying to look for future holidays, I know right now isn’t the time to be doing so, just nice to see what places there are to visit.

    Been trying to pay my holiday balance for a few weeks, no response from the payment line at all. Currently been on the line for 2 hours!! The deadline date to pay is looming and I can’t physically get through to make a payment. Help!

    I have been trying to pay off the balance of my holiday but just can’t seem get an answer from number shown on website, also if I go into my account I find that I can organise a Tui credit card but cannot make a payment how do I stand when my payment period is up, you are annoying many people with this it problem you must get this fixed very soon or customers will not come back.

    Tried ringing but no luck either. Really frustrated that the manage my booking app online doesn’t recognise that changes made due to the coronavirus are free and if you’ve booked seats together it doesn’t recognise this either.

    Booked a holiday on Sunday but since then my account does not recognise this booking and the Manage my Booking is down.
    Managed to get confirmation of the booking and selected outbound seats by phone, then inbound seats through the ‘Contact us’ facilty.
    No idea how to input passport details,check in and print tickets.Waiting reply from email to Tui.

    can’t book anything on TUI today (25-01-2020), that includes flight only and holidays. Very frustrating !!

    TUI still down,been trying to sort out a booking mistake(on their side) and every time I call them they say ”system is down call back tomorrow”.going on for 3 days nowthey say call back monday!!!!!

    disappointed I can’t book my holiday. Is it better I don’t use TUI anyway? You’d think there would be some sort of warning before you got to the payment page.

    I have been trying to get on to the first choice website and app and I and getting technical issues please go back a page well this is only login this has been going on since 1st November 2019 tried ringing but no answer holding to 20 mins + . Tried a different browser and cleared cookies and cache but still not working. When are then going to sort this. Have sent emails and messaged them on Facebook still nothing. Disgusted

    trying to pay the balance of my holiday (going in feb) Will i incurr late payment charges if not paid? They wont take payment on th phone either?? Maybe i should charge them!

    Trying to finish paying final part of holiday, site told me i am going in 2 days (i am going in february), phoned up to try and pau,they say cant take money, all systems are down and they dont know when they will be back up, very suspicious when customer service seems disinterested ?????

    Tried to buy holiday extras on line with TUI yesterday (6th Nov) and still can’t tell today if my money has been taken or if it’s actually booked. Have been ringing their customer service since yesterday but nobody picks up. On line chat doesn’t work. I filled in an enquiry form yesterday and e-mailed it to them for which I had an auto receipt but no reply whatsoever. I can’t even see a message on their website to acknowledge they are experiencing any problems.

    i have just tried to login as i’ve just realised that i haven’t informed them of my sons allergies and the site is not working. I wouldn’t mind but i just woke up out of my sleep 2pm anxious about this!!

    Its been causing problems for a few days. I get a 403 Error on my iMac (Safari), and “we are having technical difficulties” on my iPad (safari).
    However it seems to be working on Windows (google chrome)

    Have checked in on line but can’t retrieve the boarding pass.. Each time I press resend to email address it says its been unable to deliver email have tried 3 different email addresses. Received the booking confirmation email OK… Tried the phone app too same problem!!!

    I can get online but for some reason when i go to complete my booking the payment will not go through.

    The TUI website was down for me for like 2o minutes but then came back up. So they were just updating and tidying like they said.

@TUIUK It’s a joke. Ten weeks ago I was told 3-5 working day’s to receive my refund. I appreciate you’re busy and I’m not the only one due money but to withhold thousands for so long is just morally wrong. I’ve called today and been told a further 7 days, I’ve heard that before!!

One week on dealing on messenger & I’m back to where I was a week ago. No code or refund with the promise of contacting another team to advise apparently AGAIN. Won’t be using @TUIUK @TUIGroup again, let down and disappointed

@TUIUK Hi Nicola, thanks for your reply. I have tried all the above and it is still not working. I'm concerned the hotel we would like to change to will not be available by the time it works. Is there anything you can do to change this for us so we can get re booked asap?

Does anyone know how and who to complain to about @TUIUK? 4 months later, numerous phone calls and still no voucher or refund. £1500 down the drain at this rate #sickening.

@TUIUK currently in kefalonia arrived this morning and have some serious issues and need to speak to someone - all of the available ways to contact you are not working - can you help?

@TUIUK This is not acceptable. You are expecting some customers to wait 28 working days? Though others have been refunded within 5 working days. I have waited an inordinate length of time, please refund now.

@TUIUK Whilst I fully appreciate that, there are a lot of people who have received refunds within 5 working days. I have also been continually lied to about when I should receive refund. So no, I’m not prepared to wait 40 working days for a refund. Would you? Please sort this ASAP

@PaulQuinn75 @TUIUK This sounds familiar! 5 months and counting here. Apparently it was processed last month but they've sent it to some random card which has nothing to do with me! Do they care or want to track it down...? Don't seem to!
