Since I got windows 10 the wifi on my Asus laptop keeps going off. It teases me by letting me on for a few minutes then is off for hours. Another laptop with windows 7 on is ok. Does anyone else have this problem? Or is it my laptop? Yikes!

I had windows 8.1 pro installed, when it updated, I ended up with windows 10 home edition. After a couple of days trying to roll it back to windows 8.1 pro. It gave me an error stating the files needed to roll back the software were not there.

After researching the TechNet, various blogs and what not, it told me where to look for the required files, they are there, but windows isn’t able to roll back. Pretty much screwed. I will have to completely reinstall windows 8.1 pro.

Which isn’t really that big a deal. I so far don’t like the lastest version of windows (10). I really have gotten use to using windows 8.1 pro. In still don’t understand why Microsoft bowed to the pressure of the masses in regard to windows 8/8.1. It’s pretty easy to use, and being in my fifties, it didn’t really bother me to have the tiles and other features that are touted with the previous version of windows. People are just too damn lazy to learn something new.
